The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Revilganj P.S. case No. 31/2016 under Section 307 and other of the Indian Penal Code.

Pintu Rai, the informant, alleged that while his mother was picking up potatoes in the field, wife of Ramadhar Rai and his daughter, Malti Kumari, began to abuse his mother and put her down on the ground. They also assaulted her with fists and slaps and when the informant protested the accused persons assaulted him. Bhim Rai is said to have assaulted the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30289 of 2016 (2) dt.09-09-2016 2/2 with Farsa on his head and when his brother came to save, Bhola Rai, petitioner No.6, is said to have assaulted his brother. It is submitted that there is counter version being Revilganj P.S. case No. 30 of 2016. The occurrence took place due to land dispute. The informant and others got simple injuries. Considering the fact that on account of land dispute there was scuffle among the two sides in which both sides sustained injuries but the injuries are simple in nature, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Revilganj P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
