The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara) P.S. Case No.190 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections147, 148, 149, 341, 342 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
