The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that some unknown miscreants with deadly weapons entered into Branch office of Micro Finance Company Limited and took away cash of Rs.1,14,765/- along with a tab and three mobiles.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner is not

Neither any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Annexure 4 series to the present application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions-cum-Special Judge, Araria in connection with Spl. (Child) case No.19 of 2018 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. case No.572 of 2017.
