2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is a case of triple murder in which materials have come against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
