1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioners have filed the instant application
Patna High Court CWJC No.16415 of 2013(9) dt.18-12-2025 2/3 for the following reliefs:
"i) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of mandamous directing the respondents to settled the pay anomaly duly approved for the post of accountant cum store keeper in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-8000 in terms of sixth pay revision as well as the policy decision of the state government being the promotional post and the structure of pay in the said scale have already been provided to all other employees of the department making discrimination in relation to the claims of the petitioners and harassing tactices are being adopted infringing the legal rights of these poor petitioners.
(ii) For issuance of any appropriate writ of writs, rule of direction commanding the respondent especially in the nature of mandamus directing to pay the arrears of salaries from the date of their entitlement.
(iii) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction as your lordships may deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as for which the petitioners may be found entitled thereto."
3. This Court finds that though the cause of action arising in the instant application are individual, nine petitioners have joined herein.

4. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of directing the petitioners to file their individual separate representations before the Director, Integrated Child Development Scheme, Government of Bihar (respondent no.3) within a period of four weeks.
5. In case such a representation(s) is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be individually dealt with by the respondent no.3, decided and the result thereof communicated to the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of its filing.
6. It is made clear that the Court has not entered into the merits of the case of the petitioners which is to be decided by the respondent concerned.
7. The writ application stands disposed of with the above directions and observations.
