ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Earlier case diary of the present case was called for, which has since been received.

The petitioners are Bhaisur and Gotni apprehending their arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that general and omnibus allegation has been made in the First informant Report against the petitioners. It is further submitted that save and except, the allegations made in the FIR, there is no further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53873 of 2015 (4) dt.01-03-2016 corroborating material in the case diary so as to implicate the petitioners in the present case.

Learned counsel for the State after perusal of the case diary submits that there is no further material available in the case diary and the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
