Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No. 481 of 2016 arising out of Patori P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016 for the offence under sections 304 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 22.2.2016.

Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Fast Track Court-1st, Samastipur, in connection with S.T. No. 481 of 2016 arising out

Case No. 59 of 2016 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall extend full cooperation in the conclusion of the trial. In the event, he is found indulged in influencing the witnesses, causing delay in disposal of the case and without any cogent reasons, he fails to appear before the court below in two consecutive dates, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
