JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No.413 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 472 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code. A Complaint petition was filed, the same was sent to the police under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code and accordingly, the same was converted in FIR. Allegation has been made that the complainant-informant has given 17 lakhs to the petitioner for the admission in MBBS

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28533 of 2016 (2) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 course at Narayan Medical College, Jamuhar, Rohtas. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
