The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The informant is co-villager of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner and his brother are not involved in the theft of the tractor, as evident from the written statement of driver of the informant at Annexure-2 to the application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.24732 of 2019(3) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-V, Nalanda, Biharsarif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
