The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No.222 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338, 304(A), 304, 420 and 482 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the owner of the vehicle has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.14591 of 2022 and petitioner is the driver of the said vehicle.

No.25187 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 Taking into consideration the fact that no specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No.222 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
