2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 514 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because she happens to be the mother of the husband of the deceased. The petitioner states that she has been living separately and has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. She claims clean antecedents. In similar circumstances, maternal uncle and brother of the husband of the deceased, after considering the materials in the case diary, have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 18601 of 2016.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the arrest or surrender of petitioner before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 514 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with additional condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each and every date and if she fails to do so on three consecutive dates, her bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
