In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.82 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that while the informant was quarreling with his wife, the petitioner, who is the brother of the informant, intervened and assaulted the informant. Looking to the nature of allegation and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Tunni Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26799 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S.
