2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioner having no professional degree and knowledge was running a hospital in the name and style of Punchsheel hospital and he provided medical treatment in such a negligent manner which led to the death of daughterin-law of the informant namely Sugwanti Devi.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this false and concocted case. Petitioner is simple para medical staff. He is diploma in para medical from Institute of Medical and Technological Research
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25367 of 2023(3) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 Kolkata in the year 2011. He only helps in first aid to the person having ailment. It is next submitted that the father-in-law of deceased Sugga Devi has sworn affidavit dated 05.09.2022 that the deceased was not treated in Panchseel Hospital. Petitioner neither operated nor assisted in the alleged operation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Kaimur at Bhabua in connection Bhabua with P.S. case no 714 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
