In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, let in the order dated 11.08.2017 passed by this Court, whereby the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, have been directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Complaint

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35601 of 2017 (3) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 Case No.1819 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., at the appropriate places, "Gulzarbagh, Patna" be read as "Gulabbagh Purnea" and "11.07.2017" be read as "11.07.2016".

The order dated 11.08.2017 passed by this Court is modified to the aforesaid extent only.
