2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chandi PS Case No. 57 of 2019 dated 16.02.2019 instituted under Sections 409/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to surrender before the Court below and seek bail.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

5. If the petitioners surrender and pray for bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23472 of 2019(8) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 before the Court below within six weeks from today, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by the present order.
