JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay pension amounting to Rs. 3,16,459.37 to the petitioner due since 1988 to 2002 and Rs.

92,000/- dues allowance amount under the Freedom Fighter Pension Scheme of Freedom Fighter Late Prasidh Narayan Singh P.P.O. no. 30847 besides interest accrued on the above amount to the petitioner's legal nominee of Late Prasidh Narayan Singh. "

Patna High Court CWJC No.17845 of 2015(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 Considering the nature of prayer made in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent- authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.
