JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-10-2020 Heard Mr. Manish Chandra Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Uday Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the supplementary affidavit filed by him and submits that in the order dated 21.09.2020 P.S. Case No. has wrongly been typed due to inadvertent mistake on the part of the petitioner inasmuch as in the bail petition filed on behalf of the petitioner Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 has been typed instead of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for modification of the order dated 21.09.2020 to the extent that P.S. Case No. may be correctly mentioned.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24159 of 2020(4) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 Prayer is allowed.

Let the order dated 21.09.2020 be modified to the extent that Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 mentioned in the order dated 21.09.2020 may be read as Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020.
