Heard the learned A.P.P. He submits that this petition was filed for quashing of cognizance order dated 16.10.1995 passed in Case No.R.C. 2(S) of 1994. By previous order dated 21.11.2014, report was called for from the trial court which shows that in the year, 2014, seven prosecution witnesses were examined by the date of the report.

Today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner so it is dismissed for want of non-prosecution.
