Considering that there are three others cases going on in Nawada between the same party, I see no justification for transferring the present Complaint case from Nawada to Munger. In view of such, the application is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to conclude the case positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
