JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 532 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search 91 live cartridges were recovered. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.11.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
