This application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3595 of 2020, for extension of period.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3595 of 2020, whereby petitioners were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, but the petitioners could not surrender in time due to lockdown. In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time
