The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 202/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/307/379/ 504//506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injuries and the allegations levelled against the petitioners, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
