No. 2516 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner, under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, seeking condonation of delay of two years five months and two days in preferring the present review application against the order, dated 07.05.2007, passed by a Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No.348 of 2007.

Heard Mr. Alok Kumar Sinha, learned Counsel, appearing for the petitioner, and Mr. Madhukar Mishra, learned Assistant Counsel to Standing Counsel No.31, appearing for the opposite party-State. We have heard also Mr. Madhuresh Prasad, learned Counsel, appearing for the Accountant General.

No.80 of 2010 (4) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Having considered the reasons assigned in the present petition seeking condonation of delay, in preferring the civil review application, and having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is satisfied that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient causes from preferring the civil review application within time.

In view of the above, the delay of two years five months and two days, in preferring the civil review application, is hereby condoned.

I.A. No.2516 of 2015 shall stand disposed of. C. Rev. No. 80 of 2010:

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the review petitioner, we find that the order, dated 07.05.2007, passed by a Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No.348 of 2007, does not call for any change or alteration by way of review. In view of the above, this review application stands dismissed.
