2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to direct to the respondent authorities especially to Circle Officer, Dighwara, for measurement of land of petitioner bearing Khata No. 742, Survey Plot No. 1495, Rakaba 13.481 Decimal under Mauza Saidpur, Dighwara, Saran and to erect the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7023 of 2025(2) dt.11-05-2026 2/3 cemented pillar after the demarcation of land;

(ii) in view of the facts the land of petitioner is purchased land having peaceful possession and made a "Kachcha Makaan"

on this land and now she wants to make a "Pucca-Makaan" and so she wants for demarcation and measurement of land to keep herself free from future dispute with her neighbours;

(iii) to direct the respondent authorities to remove encroachment, if any, found at the time of measurement/demarcation;

(iv) to direct the respondent authorities to erect pillars on all four corners either of Government pillar or provided by the petitioner at the time of measurement/demarcation;

(v) any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is entitled for.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.7023 of 2025(2) dt.11-05-2026 3/3 revenue authorities for the redressal of the grievance.
