The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 28.3.2008 passed by the Special Judge, Vigilance I, Patna, in Vigilance P.S. Case No. 102 of 2006, Special Case No. 76 of 2006. In view of the Supreme Court Order passed on 8.12.2014, I see no merit in the application. The application is dismissed.
