JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 This matter has been taken up on the basis of mention slip but on call, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor is present. This petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.01.2016 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Complaint Case No. 169 of 2015 by which and whereunder he having found prima facie case under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code issued summons against the petitioner. The petitioner has challenged the above stated impugned order on various grounds but I do not find any material to quash the impugned order dated 08.01.2016 and therefore, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32738 of 2016 (2) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 my opinion, this petition does not have any merit. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed on admission stage itself.
