The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 450 of 2016, registered under Sections 33, 41, 42 and 52 of the Indian Forest Act.

The accusation is that on receiving secret information about cutting of the 'Sisam' tree situated on the road side, the officials of Forest Department reached there. While four persons succeeded to flee away, but one person was apprehended with axe, who disclosed his name as Ramdhani Bhuiyan. The apprehended person also disclosed the name of four persons, who succeeded to flee away, including the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20743 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the name of the petitioners have been disclosed by co-accused.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No. 450 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
