This application is filed for Modification of order dated 06.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31367 of 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail on 06.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31367 of 2016 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of five weeks in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of petitioner as per order dated 06.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30548 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 31367 of 2016 is further extended by four weeks from today in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 06.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31367 of 2016 is modified to the above extent.
