1. The present writ petition has been filed for implementing the order dated 27.08.2019, passed by the SubDivisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Madhubani, in Complain Case No.405110108121802717, whereby and whereunder the District Programme Officer, Madhubani has been advised to make an inquiry with regard to the genuineness of the employment of the private respondent no.7, namely Anju Kumari.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, realizing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7538 of 2024(2) dt.26-11-2024 2/2 fact that the Public Grievance Redressal Officer has got no authority under the law to get an inquiry conducted, with regard to the legitimacy of the employment of a Government servant, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Integrated Child Development Services, Bihar, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
