2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s and direction/s in the nature of mandamus for commanding the respondent no. 4 to dispose off the representation dated 18.07.2024 in accordance with law.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he shall be satisfied if the representation dated 18.07.2024 which is annexed to this writ petition as Annexure-2 is directed to be disposed of by the Superintending Engineer, Road

4. The learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

5. In these circumstances, the Superintending Engineer, Road Construction Department, Magadh Road Circle, Gaya (Respondent No. 4) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law with a speaking order within four weeks from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
