It was submitted by Sri Mrigank Mauli, learned counsel for the University that the order of the writ court has already been complied with save and except payment of remaining arrear of 45% of pension, which will be paid to the petitioner immediately after receipt of fund from the State Government. In view of the stand taken by Sri Mauli, learned counsel for the University, the court is of the opinion that there is no need to further keep the matter pending.
