This Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 30.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23803 of 2016. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of petitioner no. 2 keeping in view of the fact that petitioner no. 2 was not sent up for trial, if he surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Chapra.
