Petitioners seek quashing of the FIR of Chhapra Town P.S.Case No. 273 of 2012 registered under Sections 188 and 353 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks quashing of F.I.R. on the ground that present case is mala fide as the petitioner had filed a complaint against the informant of the present case, therefore, this FIR was instituted, however, he does not know about the present status of the investigation. The Court finds that it's not that allegations made in
