In view of the nature of grievances/claims raised on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition, fully enumerated in paragraph-1 of the writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that petitioner should approach the respondent District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari for redressal of his valid grievances by filing an appropriate petition with a certified copy of the present order within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is filed on behalf of the petitioner within the aforesaid period of two weeks from today, then the respondent District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari shall be obliged to look into the valid grievances of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.7315 of 2016 (6) dt.22-09-2016 2/2 and shall make all endeavours to redress his valid grievances at an early date preferably within a period of one month from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner. This is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claims raised on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition and this is left to be decided by the competent authority strictly in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands finally disposed of with the observations and directions made above.
