The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ismailpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
In the written report it is alleged that the petitioners along with other named accused persons caused murder of brother of the informant by firearm, causing injury in several parts of his body, as mentioned in the written report. The informant has alleged that he has seen the occurrence.
Learned A.P.P. has submitted that other witnesses in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2394 of 2018 (4) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 the case diary have supported the case and taken the name of the petitioners. The post mortem report is available in the case diary which shows that brother of the informant had sustained several injuries of firearm on different parts of his body. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
