Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Andhrathari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact the present case has been lodged due to the dispute which arose during the last Sarpanch election. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dted 22.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25722 of 2019. Learned

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhrathari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
