JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mirganj P. S. Case No. 32 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the fact that the daughter of the petitioner was killed in her matrimonial home and the complicity of the petitioners in the alleged offence was found in course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.
