Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-08-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are in custody in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341,324, 308, 325 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 22.2.2020.

Allegation against these petitioners is that they assaulted the informant with lathi, danda and arms with intent to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22474 of 2020(2) dt.25-08-2020 2/2 kill him due to which the informant sustained injury in his left hand and left Panjra and his left hand was broken. The petitioners are in custody since 22.2.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 22.2.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Saharsa, in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 59 of 2017 subject to the condition that on release the petitioners shall render their service as volunteer in dedicated Covid-19 hospital for a period of one month. They are required to report to the district Nodal Officer who shall utilize the service of the petitioners appropriately.
