2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 613 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) read with Section 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a 65 years old woman and she is said to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 3.2.2026 and there is general and omnibus allegation against her.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26097 of 2026(2) dt.21-04-2026 2/2 is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 613 of 2024.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
