The present contempt application has been filed for noncompliance of the order dated 19.03.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6154 of 2008 and its analogous cases, which were disposed of with a direction that in case representations are filed, the Registrar of the respondent University shall consider the claims raised by the petitioners in their representation in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation so that the pending claims of the petitioners could be settled at the earliest with interest permissible in law without delay.

Patna High Court MJC No.1535 of 2011 dt.17-04-2015 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya submits that in compliance of the order of the writ court the admissible dues of Rs. 1,77,613 has already been paid to the claimants.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation has been filed after disposal of the writ petition and the same is pending before the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya but on perusal of the record, I find that the same is not on the record. Under such circumstances, since the admissible dues has already been paid to the petitioner, I would not like to proceed with this contempt application, which is disposed of. However, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate authority regarding the disposal of the representation as filed by him. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Vats/- U
