The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Thakraha P.S. Case No. 239 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the F.I.R. is lodged after five days of the alleged occurrence. Earlier a case was lodged by the petitioner no. 1 against the informant for the offence under section 302 of the I.P.C. Thereafter, the present case has falsely been lodged by the informant in retaliation of that case.
