JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects within two weeks from today, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the named accused persons in the murder case of the son of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.735 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 not being arrested despite issuance of non-bailable warrant of arrest by the learned court below.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the nonbailable warrant of arrest have been issued against respondent nos. 8 to 11 and very soon those warrants will be executed and in case it is so required, I.O. will take appropriate steps to file an application for an order under Section 82-83 Cr.P.C. In view of the stand taken by the State, this Court directs the learned court below to monitor the execution of the warrant of arrest and other action in accordance with law in this matter.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna and the Officer-in-charge, Jakkanpur Police Station (respondent nos. 3 and 7 respectively) are similarly directed to act swiftly in execution of the warrant, if any, issued by the learned court below and comply with the order(s) of the learned Magistrate.
