2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of Contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/Opposite Party for deliberate and willful disobedience of the Order dated 29.07.2024 passed by this Court in CWJC No.13181 of 2023.

3. This Court has gone through the order dated 29.07.2024. Paragraph nos. 05 to 08 read as follows: 5.The same can be better handled by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate under appropriate proceeding and the petitioner is well advised to take

6. In view of the categorical statement made by the Trust Board in its counter affidavit, the matter has now become infructuous.

7. The petitioner is free to take recourse in accordance with law.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter be disposed of granting him liberty to agitate the matter before the appropriate authority.

5. The said liberty is always available to the petitioner.

6. The MJC No. 1355 of 2025 is disposed of.
