JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Arer P.S.Case no. 17 of 2017 registered under Sections 376, 314 and 315 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st,Benipatti, Madhubani. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the complainant. The allegation is that the husband of the complainant was doing labour work at a different place and taking advantage of the situation, the petitioner sexually exploited the complainant on several occasions by putting her under threat of murder. Thereafter the complainant became pregnant and went to her "Maike" and disclosed everything to her mother and the complaint was lodged. After hearing the parties and considering the fact of

No.36069 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 the case, at this stage, there is nothing to disbelieve the statement of the complainant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
