JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashok Kumar, the learned APP appearing for the State.

The present petition has been filed for correction of the typographical error which has crept in the order dated 25.06.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19685 of 2020. It is submitted that the P.S. Case number has been wrongly

Case No. 89 of 2018 whereas the same should be Madhepura Excise (Complaint) Case No. 392 of 2019-20, corresponding to Excise Act Case No. 241 of 2020. It is also submitted that the spelling of the name of the father of the petitioner is required to be corrected and it should be spelt as Brahmdeo Yadav.

Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I direct that the concerned case number be read as Madhepura Excise (Complaint) Case No. 392 of 2019-20, corresponding to Excise Act Case No. 241 of 2020 and the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Brahmdeo Yadav, as far as the order dated 25.6.2020 is concerned and to that extent, the said order stands modified.

The present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
