2. The earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 17786 of 2024 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after nine months, if the trial is not concluded.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the report of the trial court shows that, out of 9 witnesses, only 4 have been examined.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional

The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of the trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed at the trial, and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, without any reason or unavoidable circumstances, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
