The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-IV, Vaishali, Hajipur.

Submission is that the allegation against the petitioners is vague and omnibus in nature. They are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Further submission is that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners contending that there is specific allegation against the petitioners and witnesses have also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32183 of 2017 (4) dt.28-08-2017 2/2 supported the prosecution case in several paragraphs of the case diary.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
