Petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise Case No. 84 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The seizure list reflects recovery of 45 liters of country made liquor.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of these petitioners, rather the alleged recovery is from from the under construction house of the petitioners which is easily
