The petitioner being the married Nanad apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the married Nanad who had no concern whatsoever with the affairs of the family. It is further submitted that the main accused have been acquitted from the Court of 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in Sessions Trial No. 36 of 2014. In view of such facts and circumstances, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28848 of 2016 (3) dt.28-09-2016 P2/2 order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Sikarhatta P.S. Case No. 54 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
