2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case no. 328 of 2025 registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, over a dispute between the family members, the petitioner is said to have assaulted his full brother with a dagger causing injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. From the contents of the FIR, it would transpire that it is a family dispute which has been blown out of proportion. The injury has been caused in a manner other than what has been described in the FIR. In any case of the matter, the injury has been found to be simple in nature. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24003 of 2026(2) dt.16-04-2026 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2025 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, the relationship between the parties, the injury having been found to be simple in nature and the petitioner having remained in custody since 22.12.2025, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case no. 328 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna City, Patna.
